Términos y Condiciones de Uso y Política de Privacidad
1. Aceptación
Estos son los Términos y Condiciones de Uso y Política de Privacidad (en adelante, Condiciones de uso) para los usuarios de Internet que descarguen y utilicen la aplicación Info Fútbol Ecuador / France 2019 WWC (en lo sucesivo la Aplicación) y que es presentado y operado por DreamUpTech (en lo sucesivo el Autor).
Todo uso y acceso a la Aplicación implica la aceptación de estas Condiciones de uso por parte del Usuario. Si el Usuario decide no aceptar las presentes Condiciones de uso deberá retirar la Aplicación de su dispositivo.
2. Propiedad intelectual
La Aplicación y su contenido: características y funcionalidades que incluyen diseño, código, textos, audios, videos, animaciones son propiedad del Autor; o de terceros que se rigen bajo el licenciamiento de Creative Commons.
Los contenidos presentados son de uso exclusivo dentro de la Aplicación; el Usuario no tiene autorización para modificar ningún contenido o hacer uso ilícito de ellos; de igual forma el Usuario no tiene autorización para aplicar ingeniería inversa a la Aplicación.
Los escudos y colores de los equipos de fútbol e imágenes de personas se utilizan únicamente como fines ilustrativos.
3. Protección de datos personales
La Aplicación no recoge ni guarda ningún dato de los usuarios; si el usuario decide vincularse a las notificaciones que presenta La Aplicación, dicho vínculo es totalmente anónimo. Igualmente no se registran estadísticas de las interacciones que el Usuario hace sobre la Aplicación.
4. Vínculos
El Autor no es responsable de los contenidos de sitios web o aplicaciones de terceros que puedan establecer vínculos con la Aplicación.
5. Política de distribución
La Aplicación es totalmente gratuita, no tiene ningún carácter oficial, y no representa a persona o entidad alguna participante en los eventos deportivos mencionados.
6. Exoneración
La Aplicación se ofrece únicamente con fines informativos; el Autor no se hace responsable de la exactitud, utilidad o disponibilidad de cualquier información que se ponga a disposición a través de la Aplicación; no será responsable por cualquier error u omisión en dicha información.
7. Modificaciones
El Autor se reserva el derecho de modificar las Condiciones de Uso según lo considere oportuno; asimismo, el uso de la Aplicación significará la aceptación de cualquier ajuste a tales cambios por parte del Usuario. Se recomienda al Usuario revisar regularmente el apartado de Términos y Condiciones de Uso y Política de Privacidad.

1. Acceptance
These are the Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as Terms of Use) for Internet users who download and use the application Info Futbol Ecuador / France 2019 WWC (hereinafter referred to as the Application) and which is presented and operated by DreamUpTech (hereinafter referred to as the Author).
All use and access to the Application implies the acceptance of these Terms of Use by the User. If User decides not to accept these Terms of Use, User must remove the Application from his/her device.
2. Property rights
The Application and its content: characteristics and functionalities that include design, code, texts, audios, videos, animations are property of the Author; or of third parties that are governed under the Creative Commons license.
The contents presented are for exclusive use within the Application; the User is not authorized to modify any content or make illegal use of them; likewise the User is not authorized to reverse engineer the Application.
The shields and colors of soccer teams and images of people are used for illustrative purposes only.

The Application does not collect or store any user data; if the user decides to link to the notifications presented by The Application, such link is totally anonymous. Likewise, no statistics are recorded of the interactions that the User makes on the Application.

The Author is not responsible for the contents of third party websites or applications that may link to the Application
5. Distribution Policy
The Application is completely free, It has no official character and It does not represent any person or entity participating in the sports events & tournaments.
6. Disclaimer
The Application is offered for informational purposes only; the Author is not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information made available through the Application; he shall not be liable for any errors or omissions in such information.
7. Final provision
The Author reserves the right to modify the Terms of Use as it deems appropriate, and use of the Application will signify the User's acceptance of any adjustment to such changes. The User is advised to regularly review the Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy.
